So today is the last day of National Nutrition Month. I hope everyone loved getting their plates in shape! I really enjoyed blogging again and I will hopefully have many more updates to share in the future. If you have any questions about nutrition, or anything else, please feel free to ask! I would love it! For now, I'll leave you with a few thoughts (and some food, of course!)
1. Your body is amazing, treat it that way.
2. If you're ever unsure about nutrition, ask a Registered Dietitian or do your research (peer reviewed journal articles can be your best friend!)
3. Set realistic goals that are just for you.
4. I tried this yummy treat from Chocolate Covered Katie this week and it is a great little snack! Who knew dates (or raisins, like I used) and chickpeas could be so tasty?
5. I used my new steamer today to make broccoli, I love kitchen gadgets! They are totally my guilty pleasure.
